- No Refund Policy: Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- No Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled after payment.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges under any condition.
- Exceptional Cases (Damaged Goods):
- In the event that you receive damaged products, you must provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt.
- Only upon verification will we consider any remedial action, such as sending tested replacement products.
- All such cases will be handled on an individual basis, and approval is at our sole discretion.
4. Product Delivery
- Shipping Method: Our standard delivery is via Speed Post.
- In-Store Pickup: You have the option to pick up your order from our store if available but you’ll have to pay for the online stock in advanced. The online stock products payment has to be done from site only. No cash payments will be accepted
- We strive to deliver products in a timely manner; however, delivery times may vary in festivals and weather conditions like heavy rain or any new regulated government rules if they come at place in future.
5. Order History & Data Retention
- Data Deletion: For your privacy and data security, order histories and related data will be automatically deleted every two months.
6. Data Security & Platform Use
- We use secure platforms including Razorpay, Hostinger, and WooCommerce to ensure that all transactions and data remain safe and protected.
